The creative process for this bench was based on the idea of establishing the minimum necessary lines and planes in order to give the piece functionality and structural stability. The aim was to achieve a simple, light and elegant design through the balanced combinationof these elements. The carbon steel plates convey a sense of stability and permanence while the successive, rounded folds along the bars soften the orthogonality of the compositions and convey a sense of continuity, fluidity and dynamism.
